The Evolutionary Game of Trust in Public-Private Partnership Project Networks

چکیده

In public-private partnership (PPP) projects, the government plays a role as both regulator and participant. Trust between private sector is important it may affect project performance even cause problem of breach contract, which lead to failure. Little known, however, about formation evolution mechanisms trust in this context. This study analyses complex PPP networks. An evolutionary game model established analysed, strategic equilibrium points are obtained by solving replication dynamic equation, Jacobian matrix differential equation stability theory introduced analyse points. The results reveal relationships among stable state trust, initial payment matrix, indicating that can effectively shape process influence performance. provides novel contribution networks new analytical tool for management practice.
